Fatture per operazioni inesistenti: due imprenditori agrigentini in pendenza di giudizio

Il pubblico ministero di Agrigento, Gaspare Bentivegna, ha depositato istanza di rinvio a giudizio a carico di due imprenditori agrigentini indagati – a vario titolo – per le ipotesi di reato di dichiarazione fraudolenta mediante l’uso di fatture per operazioni inesistenti, indebita compensazione e per aver impiegato un immigrato privo di permesso di soggiorno. Sotto inchiesta anche le due società amministrate dagli imprenditori. Si tratta di Luca Di Piazza, 41 anni, di San Giovanni Gemini, legale rappresentante della “Dpv Montaggi srl”, e Giuseppe Vitello, 48 anni, di Favara, amministratore della “Tutela ambiente srl”. Le fatture per operazioni inesistenti sarebbero state emesse per evadere l’Iva. Di Piazza su un imponibile di quasi 49.000 euro. E Vitello su un imponibile di poco più di 86.000 euro. A Di Piazza è contestato anche il reato di indebita compensazione per non aver versato le somme dovute utilizzando crediti inesistenti per un importo di 68.770 euro nel 2022 e di 100.399 euro nel 2023. A Vitello, invece, è contestata anche una violazione sul testo unico dell’immigrazione per avere impiegato alle sue dipendenze un lavoratore straniero privo di permesso di soggiorno.
