“Morte Simona”, si indaga per omicidio colposo

La morte di Simona Cinà in una villa a Bagheria: la Procura indaga per omicidio colposo contro ignoti. Disposta l’autopsia. L’appello dei familiari.

La Procura della Repubblica di Termini Imerese ha avviato un’inchiesta per omicidio colposo a carico di ignoti a seguito della morte di Simona Cinà, la ventenne palermitana, studentessa di Scienze motorie e pallavolista, rinvenuta morta, in bikini, nella piscina di una villa a Bagheria, affittata per organizzare una festa di laurea. E’ stata disposta l’autopsia. Sarà effettuata al Policlinico. I Carabinieri hanno sequestrato parecchio materiale, come ad esempio video registrati durante la festa, ritenuto utile ad accertare quanto sia accaduto nella notte tra sabato e domenica. L’ipotesi al momento più accreditata è un malore o un incidente. Non emergerebbero responsabilità dirette da parte di altre persone. Oltre 70 sarebbero stati i presenti alla serata danzante. Sono interrogati, come potenziali testimoni. Ombreggiano presunti ritardi nei soccorsi o, ancor prima, nella segnalazione di quanto accaduto, intorno alle ore 4, quando tanti sarebbero già rientrati a casa. I genitori della ragazza, Giusy e Luciano Cinà, assistiti dall’avvocato Gabriele Giambrone, ripetono: “Vogliamo solo sapere perché è morta Simona. Era una brava ragazza, studiava, lavorava, faceva sport. Era conosciuta da tutti. Non litigava con nessuno. Perché è morta? Vi prego, diteci cosa è successo a mia figlia”. I fratelli di Simona, la sorella gemella Roberta e il fratello Gabriele, raccontano: “Quando siamo arrivati alla villa ci hanno detto che era stato probabilmente un malore, che loro non sapevano, l’avevano trovata in piscina. Siamo arrivati e non c’era niente, era tutto pulito. Zero alcol in giro, nulla. Una festa con tantissime persone, e non c’era niente che potesse richiamare a una festa. Simona l’ultima volta che l’amica l’ha vista stava ballando tranquilla vicino alla consolle, non sembrava ubriaca. Non sappiamo cosa sia successo, ma c’è qualcosa di strano.”
