ADESSO C’E’ CHI  CERCA DI “LOGORARE AI FIANCHI” IL SINDACO DI AGRIGENTO

Diciamolo pure, il Consiglio comunale di Agrigento opera in sofferenza. Vengono quasi sempre approvati gli atti da un numero di consiglieri sempre meno, con assenze significative. Nella sua ultima seduta mancavano all’appello ben dieci consiglieri a riprova di un malessere strisciante. La mancata partecipazione ai lavori consiliari della titolare dell’assessorato al bilancio lascia molto a pensare. Queste assenze nascoste o  palesi dimostrano stati di profonda inquetudine e che producono  comportamenti non sempre allineati ai voleri della maggioranza. I dubbi  sulla compostezza unitaria furono ampiamente recepiti dallo stesso sindaco che a fine luglio diede il benservito alla giunta nel tentativo di rigenerare l’attività amministrativa. Purtroppo la riconferma della stessa Giunta su chiara pressione dei vari capi corrente non ha saldato affatto i rapporti con la gran parte dei consiglieri comunali. Da qui le continue assenze ai lavori del Consiglio. A questo punto il Sindaco deve prendere coscienza e conoscenza della spaccatura che di certo non gli facilità i còmpiti. Il fatto che un terzo dei consiglieri non ha partecipato all’approvazione dello strumento finanziario ha tutto il sapore di colpire ai fianchi il sindaco e principalmente la Giunta. A questo punto il sindaco ha il dovere di rappresentare la conflittualita’ a chî di competenza e di avviare una nuova fase che coinvolga tutte le componenti presenti in consiglio. E poi detta situazione  condiziona di fatto il Capo dell’Amministrazione  in quanto gli attuali consiglieri sanno di èssere determinanti. In politica vale il quid del sostegno reciproco ovvero quello del dare e del ricevere.
