L’INCOMPRENSIBILE ECONOMIA TRUMPIANA ADOTTATA DAL COMUNE DI AGRIGENTO

Il Comune più discusso d’Italia per come sta gestendo il riconoscimento di Capitale Italiana della Cultura, sempre più distratto rispetto a iniziative culturali che si svolgono in città, ha deciso di spendere € 3000 (tremila euro) dal capitolo dell’imposta di soggiorno quale rimborso spese per un’Associazione di Valleggia di Quiliano (SV), incaricata dal Comune di Savona di “coordinare i vari aspetti della visita dei delegati presenti in Agrigento per la ufficiale consegna delle n°38 formelle in ceramica” 30×30 in gres, ispirate al tema delle “Novelle“ di Pirandello. Siamo al paradosso. Nulla volendo togliere al valore del “ponte culturale” tra Savona e Agrigento”, o meglio al “gemellaggio artistico” con il Comune di Savona, l’Assessorato alla Cultura e al Turismo, la “Baia della Ceramica”, l’Associazione Culturale “ Qui Arte” e L’Associazione Culturale “ Sodalizio Siculo Savonese Luigi Pirandello”, non credo siano necessari commenti ulteriori sulla visione e le prospettive programmatiche del Comune di Agrigento che, quando vuole, trova come spendere le risorse tra quelle versate dalle strutture ricettive e dai rispettivi clienti. Qual è stata la strategia seguita, se a donare è il Comune di Savona? Quale ritorno economico si aspetta dall’ulteriore investimento di risorse? Quali criteri selettivi vengono adottati rispetto alle iniziative culturali da promuovere e patrocinare, visto che non è stato assegnato un solo euro alle associazioni agrigentine e alle proposte di cui all’Avviso Pubblico-Costituzione Albo delle Istituzioni, Fondazioni e Associazioni operanti nel territorio della Provincia di Agrigento, nel settore culturale, sportivo e del volontariato (Approvato con Determinazione Dirigenziale n. 1885 del 9/07/2024) “al fine di instaurare rapporti di collaborazione tesi a favorire la conoscenza e la partecipazione agli eventi ed alle iniziative in previsione di “Agrigento Capitale Italiana della Cultura 2025”? Vi ricordate il timoniere quando parlava di cambiare rotta? Bene, dal 2020 continua a navigare senza una rotta precisa o è così sottile questa rotta che è difficile per tutti comprenderla .
