Rete idrica Agrigento: l’ultimatum delle imprese

Lettera – appello del Consorzio di imprese impegnato nella ristrutturazione della rete idrica di Agrigento: si rischia il blocco dei lavori. Il perché.

Le imprese del Consorzio impegnato nella ristrutturazione della rete idrica di Agrigento hanno scritto all’Aica, l’Azienda idrica dei Comuni agrigentini, al sindaco di Agrigento e alla Procura della Repubblica. Sono preoccupate perché i lavori subiscono frenature e ritardi. E ciò per responsabilità non delle imprese, che puntano il dito contro gli organi di controllo e di indirizzo della stazione appaltante. Si tratta a loro avviso di condotte ostruzionistiche, non collaborative, e anche omissive, che rendono difficoltosa l’esecuzione delle opere. Se si prosegue in tale condotta i lavori saranno sospesi. Le imprese denunciano in particolare che è stato annullato improvvisamente un confronto operativo in calendario lo scorso 26 settembre per risolvere problemi di rilievo come l’acquisto di materiali indispensabili, con attese anche fino a tre mesi. E poi i tubi d’acciaio da utilizzare per i quali è urgente l’approvazione della stazione appaltante, ovvero l’Aica, altrimenti le imprese non possono acquistarli. Poi la mancanza di riscontro ad una proposta perizia di variante, per superare ostacoli tecnici e amministrativi, altrimenti si rischia il blocco. E poi il Consorzio ha da tempo presentato istanza per l’accesso agli atti e per una copia della documentazione di gara. E domandano: “Perché nessuna risposta?”. La lettera si conclude con un appello alla immediata e concreta collaborazione da parte dell’Aica, approvando innanzitutto la perizia di variante. Se così sarà le imprese proseguiranno i lavori impiegando più operai e quindi accelerando, e di tanto, l’esecuzione.
